Northline Hotel Group Flooring Supply Program

The client is a regional hotel group renovating guest rooms and public areas across six cities simultaneously. Three requirements were mandatory: slip resistance of at least R10 in wet areas, impact sound insulation for guest rooms, and a renovation window of no more than 10 days per property.

We supplied 4.5 mm rigid-core SPC flooring with IXPE acoustic underlay, shipped city by city. The first 12,000 m² arrived within 45 days of contract signature, and click-lock installation without adhesive reduced on-site time to six days per hotel.
