Annual Distribution Supply for NordBau Handel

The client, a building-materials distributor in northern Germany, previously relied on several fragmented suppliers, which caused stock-outs of the same model and inconsistent shipping marks.

Under an annual framework agreement we took on 12 core SKUs, scheduled production on a quarterly rolling basis with 20% flexible capacity, and printed German shipping marks and logistics labels per store so goods could go straight to shelf. Stock-out complaints fell by roughly 70% in the first year.
