High-Rise Residential Flooring for Al Reem Development

The development comprises three towers and more than 1,400 fitted-out units, with delivery spanning two hot summers. The client had previously received complaints about swelling and batch colour variation with laminate flooring.

We supplied high-density core laminate with skirting and trims from the same pressing batch, locking colour codes per tower before shipment. Floating installation with adequate expansion gaps kept the floors free of cupping and height differences after handover.
