Flooring products are bulky but relatively light, so volume — not weight — is usually the constraint. Three measures lifted our 40HQ load rate by 18%: increasing pallet height from 1.05 m to 1.35 m, mixed loading by size to reduce voids, and using heat-treated plywood pallets to cut tare weight.
Always confirm destination-port handling conditions in advance; some ports impose per-piece weight limits that require packaging adjustments.
