The brief called for a unified flooring supply across 320 guest rooms and public areas, balancing moisture resistance, acoustics and fast delivery. The final scheme used 5.0 mm SPC with IXPE underlayment in guest rooms and marble-look SPC in public zones.
For the humid marina environment we added a 0.2 mm PE moisture barrier and edge sealant. Shipments were split into three batches aligned with site progress to avoid on-site storage pressure.
Full delivery was completed in 47 days with a 2.1% cutting waste rate, below the 3.5% industry average.
